E-Learning @Fingertips was founded by Empress Stanley‑Richardson, who is also the CEO. Mrs. Stanley-Richardson holds a MBA (Law) degree from Anglia Ruskin University, BSc. Management Studies (Hons) from University of the West Indies and certificate from Canadian Teachers' Federation for Child Centered Learning, Digital Literacy, Individual Education Plans, Behaviour Management and ADHD Strategies. She is an educator with 19 years of experience and has a deep passion for helping students reach their fullest potential. After witnessing the growing need for personalized academic support within her community and across St. Kitts/Nevis and the wider diaspora, she launched her tutoring services to make high‑quality learning accessible to every student. Her dedication to teaching shines through in every interaction, inspiring confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.
